You need to firstly check if that domain name space is available with the Registrar of Domains. Domain Name Spaces have no collaboration with Business Names and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Ideally if your dream domain name is already registered then you will have to check another domain name to see if that’s available. In the event your ideal domain name is already registered under the name space .co.za you can try an alternate name space such as .com or .net etc.
Once you have confirmed your domain name as available for registration you must add that product to your shopping cart and continue to shop for your hosting, as you will need to host your domain.

Once your Checkout has been processed, which is normally in a few seconds, you will receive an email confirmation of your User Account Registration and Password for future use.
You will also receive an invoice detailing your order and the amount to pay including the banking details. We use E.F.T. payment for our customers safety.
You will receive an email from one of our friendly sales representatives to confirm your order and you will receive a PDF copy of The Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.). It is your responsibility to ensure that you read through the S.L.A. thereafter initial each page and sign the last. Should anything be unclear and in need of clarification, your sales assistant will be glad to assist you.
Once this process is fulfilled you must email through your proof of payment confirming the order plus the signed S.L.A.
We we then start your project by registering your Domain Name, Setting up your Hosting Space and Email Accounts. Whilst we are busy attending to this you will gather all the requested information to start your website design, such as your company logo, company profile and images that you would like to have on your website.
As soon as we receive all the necessary information we start designing and developing your website. We will have your website ready for you to view within the specified time frame allocated in the S.L.A. at which point you will view and note any changes or requests that you may have and send through such in an email so that we may attend to it immediately.
Once you have proofed your website and you are pleased with the result we will publish the Website Live on the Internet.
